BF-100 Big Flow Rope

The 1 ¼” diameter BF-100 is designed for single handed functional movement exercises.  It is a 3 strand exercise rope which is a combination of polyester for the outer strands and polypropylene for the inner strands. Lighter in weight, but still soft and silky in feel. The polyester outer strands provide excellent abrasion resistance. The ends are finished in industrial-grade adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing and hand-trimmed.

The BF-100 is designed to be used with a heaving knot to add weight -  https://www.animatedknots.com/heaving-line-knot.  You can vary the SIZE (and therefore WEIGHT) of the knot to suite your preference.  The overall weight of the rope is 3.6 lbs. and the Heaving Knot can be up to about 3 lbs.  As you make the heaving knot bigger, the rope gets shorter providing lots of ways to configure it for various types of routines.
