LF-102SL-BLACK Little Flow Rope - Standard Length

If you are interested in joining the rope flow movement, the LF-102SL Little Flow rope is the one to buy.  It is rope made with a super premium 1/2" polyester double braid that offers very high abrasion resistance while still providing excellent flexibility.  It is low stretch, and extremely durable, yet it remains soft over time giving it excellent Flow properties.

The ends are finished using industrial heat shrink and the grips are fabricated using a heaving knot to provide a comfortable grip.

The rope is black with white flecks so it will not show the dirt and will stay looking great no matter how much use it gets.   Available in RED (LF-102SL-RED), GREEN (LF-102SL-GREEN) and BLUE (LF-102SL-BLUE).

As a bonus, each LF-102SL rope is personalized with your name, nickname, favorite saying or phrase.   When you place the order, please indicate how you want your personalization to appear.  

The length of the rope will comfortably accommodate users whose height is between 5 ft and 6 ft tall (give or take a couple of inches).  Where necessary, the rope can be shortened by simply tying granny knots or figure eight knots near the grips (instructions and guidelines provided with each rope).

NEW! - Many people like the rhythmic sound that the rope makes when it hits the ground.  This is fine if the ground is smooth.  But if it is highly abrasive like poured concrete, the outer sheath of the rope can wear through over time.  To address this problem, the LF-102SL now includes the METRONOME add-on which protects the rope so you can "Feel the beat" to your heart's content.  The METRONOME has no adverse impact on the flow properties of the rope and can be easily removed by untying one of the grip knots, sliding it off and retying the knot.  A marker is provided on the rope as a guide to where to start tying the know and an instruction sheet is provided with each rope.
