If you are interested in joining the rope flow movement but are on a budget or want to ensure rope flow is for you before investing in a premium RF1-PRO rope, this is the one to buy.  It is made from high-quality nylon double braid rope, which offers good flexibility and abrasion resistance.

The ends are finished using industrial heat shrink, and the grips are fabricated using a heaving knot to provide a comfortable grip.

The length of the rope will comfortably accommodate users whose height is  between 5 ft (1.5 m) and 6 ft (1.8 m) - +/- 5%.  With no shortening knots, it is ideal for tall users.  With one shortening knot, it is ideal for mid-height users.  With two shortening knots (1 on each end), it is ideal for short users.

Shortening knots are simple granny knots tied knots near the grips just below the yellow Ropeflow branding (instructions and guidelines are provided with each rope).

The shortening knots have no impact on the rope's performance.  As a bonus, this makes it easy to share the rope between users of differing heights.
