Usually this page would contain a lot of small text with all the reasons why the guarantee will not apply.  You won't find any here.  All RopeFlow Canada manufactured products are guaranteed for as long as you own them.  What is covered?  Everything.  If a product wears out we will replace it at no cost.   Please try to avoid using them on asphalt or concrete surfaces as these will cause wear over time.  But if you forget because you were on a roll and your rope gets damaged, we will replace it for you.  We call this our Oops Warranty.

And you don't even have to return it. Just email us a picture of the damage and we will send you a new one.  We will even pay the shipping.  Everyone told us that we are crazy offering this kind of guarantee but we did it anyway because we believe in our product and know that you are fair and reasonable.

And if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will give you a full refund within 30 days .. or 60 days...or whatever you feel if fair.  We will also refund you the shipping.  And we won't ask you to send your trusty RopeFlow rope at all.  Just let us know why you want a refund so we can improve our products and service for future customers.  All we ask is that you pass the rope along to someone who can use it and can't afford to buy one.
