Refund policy

Use and abuse our products - they're guaranteed for life. But note that using it on abrasive surfaces, such as gravel, asphalt or concrete surfaces it can weaken the outer shell over time leading to a blow-out. However, if you forget and it gets damaged while you're on a roll, we will replace it for you.  We call this our Oops Warranty.

And you don't even have to return it. Just email us a picture of the damage and we will send you a new one.  We will even pay the shipping.  Everyone told us that we are crazy offering this kind of guarantee but we did it anyway.  We believe in our product and trust that you will be fair and reasonable.  It has worked beautifully so far thanks to YOU!
