RF1-SR-BLACK 1/2 in (12.7 mm) STARTER FLOW ROPE

If you are interested in joining the rope flow movement, the RF1 rope is the one to buy.  It is made using quality nylon double braid which has good flexibility and abrasion resistance.

The price ($55 CDN or approx $40 USD) includes free shipping anywhere in Canada and the US.  Specify Local Pickup when ordering.

The ends are finished using industrial heat shrink and the grips are fabricated using a heaving knot to provide a comfortable grip.

The length of the rope will comfortably accommodate users whose height is between 5 ft and 6 ft tall (give or take a few inches).  If you are at the short (but mighty) , the rope can be shortened by simply tying 1 or 2 granny knots near the grips (instructions and guidelines are provided with each rope).

To keep the cost down, the options to customize the length and personalize these ropes are not available as they are on the premium RF1 ropes - sorry.
