RF2 3/4 in (19 mm) FLOW ROPE

The RF2 is a new 3/4 in (19 mm) nylon double braid rope which, while being heavy, is extremely flexible giving it excellent flow properties.  It is a compromise between the 1/2 in RF1 ropes and the 1 in RF3 rope..

In addition to use as a conventional 2-handed flow rope, it can be turned into a single handed FlowClub  by tying a heaving knot in the end.  It is a great substitute (or addition to) Indian Clubs and Steel Mace clubs for single handed functional movement exercises.  The FlowClub is also a lot more forgiving!  Guide marks are provided on the rope to assist in tying the heaving know making it easy o change modes.
