The RF4 is a 1 1/4  in (32 mm) diameter nylon double braid rope which, while being heavy, is extremely flexible giving it excellent flow properties.  If you are after a heavy workout, the RF4 Flow Rope is for you!  This is our heaviest rope.

Unlike the 3/4" RF2 and the 1" RF3, grip knots are not used as they are too big and cumbersome in a rope this thick.  Instead. the ends are finished with a 3/4" length of heavy heat shrink overlayed with a 1 1/2" length of lighter heat shrink.  This provides a comfortable ridge at the ends of the rope to prevent your hand from sliding off.

In addition to use as a heavy conventional two-handed flow rope, it can be turned into a single handed FlowClub with a heaving knot in the end.  A great alternative (or addition) to traditional Indian Clubs and Steel Mace Cubs.  And the FlowClub is much more forgiving!
