The RF4 is a 1 1/4  in (32 mm) diameter nylon double braid rope which, while being heavy, is extremely flexible giving it excellent flow properties.  If you are after a heavy workout, the RF4 Flow Rope is for you!  If you want an even heavier rope, check out the RF4-PLUS rope.

The ends are finished with two layers of heavy-duty heatshrink.

In addition to its use as a heavy, conventional two-handed flow rope, it can be transformed into a single-handed FlowClub with a heaving knot at the end.  A great alternative (or addition) to traditional Indian Clubs and Steel Mace Clubs.  And the FlowClub is much more forgiving!
