The BF-200 is a 1 inch nylon double braid rope which, while being heavy, is extremely flexible giving it excellent flow properties. I took a LOT of samples before we found just the right rope.

In addition to use as a heavy conventional flow rope, it can be turned into a single handed flow rope with a heaving knot in the end for single handed functional movement exercises.
