The RF3 is a 1 in (25.4 mm) nylon double braid rope which, while being heavy, is extremely flexible giving it excellent flow properties.

In addition to use as a heavy conventional two-handed flow rope, it can be turned into a single handed FlowClub with a heaving knot in the end. A great alternative (or addition) to traditional Indian Clubs and Steel Mace Cubs. And the FlowClub is much more forgiving!

The end grips are made using a heavy heat shrink overlayed with a thinner heat shrink to smooth out the transition. The resulting increase in diameter prevents the hand from slipping off.
