The RF4-plus is our heaviest rope. It is the same 1 1/4  in (32 mm) diameter nylon double braid rope as the RF4 rope but with an additional 40 inches of rope with a stopper knot on each end. This adds 600 g (1 lb  5 oz)  to the weight of the rope, bringing its overall weight to a whopping 4 lb 14 oz (2267 g).  The stopper knots prevent your hand from slipping off the rope .  This allows you to maintain a relaxed grip, which contributes to maintaining a state of relaxation.

The rope can be shortened if necessary by simply moving the stopper knots (simple granny knots) further away from the end of the rope/
